Since establishing Gateway to Balance over 15 years ago, Rob Filmer has built on his comprehensive training in both Mat and Studio based Pilates to incorporate the best of other disciplines, including Yoga, to create a safe, rehabilitation-based movement practice that supports both clients living with chronic issues and those recovering from injuries.
