Sometimes attending face to face lessons or classes is just not possible or practical, so Rob offers a number of online Pilates options.
Private Lessons & Shared Lessons

You can book online lessons at a time that suits you:

  • Private Lessons: for a session completely focused on you or maybe you want to delve into detail of a specific mat exercise you want to improve when you attend online or face to face mat classes.

  • Shared Lessons: for a maximum of two people, you could use it for a class that is tailored specifically to both your needs.

These sessions can be via Zoom (password protected), Skype or FaceTime depending on your preference.

Rob will in most cases ask that you have attended some face to face sessions before attending online sessions.


Normally this includes an Initial Consultation to ensure he understands your objectives as well as any current issues your body has.

Pilates Classes


You can attend as many or as few classes in the schedule below as your week permits. There is no need to sign up for a block of classes; complete flexibility.

All classes are taught via Zoom (password protected). To join a class click on the one you want to join. Please try to login 5 minutes before the start time, in case of technical difficulties!
